There is no medicine! The most dangerous viruses in the world Resident Evil

By October 30, 2024December 6th, 2024No Comments

In their homeland, in Japan, Resident Evil called Biohazard (“Biological threat”) and for nothing: the most terrible evil in the games of the series has always been all kinds of viruses, and not zombies or mutants at all. After the release of the first part in 1996, the players have seen so many any infection that now you can’t really defeat what this mess with biological weapons and revived dead.

So Resident Evil 7, Acquained at the end of last month, I introduced us to a creepy family of Bakers, whose members do not seem to be a zombie, but you can’t call them healthy: they can easily grow torn limbs and dream with great reluctance. It is simple to explain this behavior – viruses are to blame for everything again.

And if you slightly imagine what happened in the series before, this material will help you figure it out. Meet – the most dangerous viruses in the world Resident Evil!

Virus "Trospector"

In 1966, the English aristocrat Ozvell Spencer discovered in West Africa a rare flower of Stairway to the Sun (“Staircase to the Sun”), which Edward Eshford first heard from his friend, about his friend. For many years, the local tribe used the plant in their rites: with the help of a flower, the natives chose their leader – those few who ate the petals of the "stairs" and survived after that, occupied a dominant position.

► Until his death, Ozvell Spencer did not lose hope to realize his vile ideas.

Another researcher, having learned about such a dangerous properties of this plant, would leave home and left the African tribe alone with its custom, but not Ozvell Spencer. Together with his like -minded people, Eshford and American virologist James Marcus, he led out of a flower with a romantic name a deadly virus – “ancestor” (Progenitor).

At first, scientists tried to grow a “staircase” in America, but soon realized that flowers that grew up in one of the caves in the West of Africa possess the necessary properties (probably the matter is in special natural conditions). Therefore, they built one of their laboratories in the African region. Well, the main studies were conducted in an underground complex located under a mansion in the Arcles mountains. It is there that the events of the first part of the Resident Evil occur.

► Young operatives Jill Valentine hardly guessed what the operation in Spencer’s mansion will lead to.

"T-Virus"

Several years Spencer, Eshford and Marcus pursued one goal – to create a drug from the "ancestor" that will take humanity to a new level. But all experiments with flowers from Africa turned into a complete failure: the “ancestor” itself killed almost all infected – no improvements, only corpses. Then James Marcus connected it from the DNA of the leech and received the T-Virus-perhaps the most famous infection in the Universe Resident Evil.

Compared to the “ancestor”, the “T” virus (or “tyrant”) became a kind of success: he did not kill the carriers, but turned them into brainless bloodthirsty creatures – those very zombies. As a result, the project to improve the human race has been forgotten, because on the horizon it became possible to earn on the sale of bio -weapons. So that the viral fuss remains a mystery, Spencer, Eshford and Marcus founded a pharmaceutical company Umbrella, which has become an excellent cover.

► In the tight corridors of the old mansion, each of the next similar meeting could be the last.

By the end of the 1970s, several laboratories worked on the development of T-Virus, including the one that was under the Blessed in the Arcles mountains, as well as a complex built in the Antarctic. In the latter, by the way, Edward Eshford worked with his son. Their research helped in the future to derive a special type of “T-Virus”-“T-Veronic”. This infection was largely like a Tirana, but in some cases retained the mind of the carrier.

True, ultimately all versions of the TurU “T” caused nightmare events. Not only did the bio -weapon fall into the black market, and from there – into the hands of terrorists and other villains, and also the lion's share of the groups of laboratories working on the virus, fell out of the victim of their own achievements.

The first major incident associated with T-Virus occurred in 1998 in the Ozvella Spencer mansion in the Arcles mountains. The first Resident Evil is devoted to these events: players, along with the main characters, Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield, fall into the mysterious estate, find a secret laboratory and learn a terrible secret about the development of a deadly virus.

"G-Virus"

In the same 1998, two months after the events in the Spencer mansion, the trouble was comprehended by the city of Rakkun, located near the estate. Almost the entire population suddenly turned into a zombie, and the fate of the survivors at that moment seemed even sadder. The fault of the event, shortly before the disaster, occurred in the complex of Umbrella, built right under the city (yes, another complex). And in the very center of these events was G-Virus.

► Rakkun could not survive the zombie epidemic-he was simply destroyed.

Scientists headed by Dr. William Birkin worked on the G virus, while other groups developed Tirana. For the first time a new infection was taken out in 1988. They brought out, I must say, in a very terrible way – they connected the “ancestor” virus in the body of a little girl with a specially created parasite. For ten years, Birkin in every possible way improved the G-Virus, and having finished, tried to transfer the example of the US government.

But it wasn’t there: the top of Umbrella found out about this and set a special detachment on Birkin. Warriors did not look for guilty and without question shot one of the most valuable employees of the company. Before his death, Birkin managed to introduce himself “G-Virus” and turned into a formidable monster who easily interrupted the entire detachment. During the massacre, the mutated Birkin touched containers with T-Virus, and he fell into the sewer of Rakkun. As a result – thousands of bloodthirsty zombies on the streets of the city. Birkin managed to pacify the main characters Resident Evil 2, Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield.

► Here, Dr. Birkin turned into such a handsome man after he introduced himself “G-Virus”.

In the Black Market “G-Virus” was not as popular as “T”, but also this srass found application-it was connected to the T-Veronica virus and received “S-Virus”. The latter, if you drive it, turns carriers into J’Avo, terrible creatures similar to zombies, but at the same time reasonable enough to use weapons and communicate with your own kind. For the first time, these monsters appeared in Resident Evil 6.

A ticket to Spain

There is another infection in the Resident Evil series, to forget about which will not work. It's about the parasite Las Plagas, which has nothing to do with viruses.

For the first time Leon Kennedy, the main character of the fourth part, faces Las Plagas. He comes to the Spanish village, where, according to rumors, they hold the kidnapped daughter of the American president. There, local residents attack him, who initially behave like a zombie, and then amaze the ability to grow vile tentacles (or something like that) instead of a head and generally behave not in a frenum.

Toward the end, Leon finds out that one of the keepers of the local castle, the crazy Ramon Salazar, for many years kept Las Plagas for many years in his palace, and then, together with Ozmund Sadder, organizer of the los-illumino sect, infected the inhabitants of the inhabitants of the nearest village. Las Plagas, by the way, connects to the central nervous system of the infected, suppresses will and allows one specific person to manage other carriers.

► shot his head to the enemy? It doesn’t matter, he will grow a new.

Virus "Uroboros"

Now is the time to return to Africa – to where Ozvell Spencer in 1966 found unfortunate flowers, from which the "ancestor" virus then brought out. In general, the story of the main surplus in the Resident Evil series for several decades has risen the globe and returned to the place of emergence – just like a snake of ugroos, biting itself by the tail. Perhaps that is why Albert Wesker, one of the most dangerous characters in the world of the “monastery”, called his brainchild the name of this creature. However, there can be many interpretations of the name.

► Resident Evil 5 can go together, and the partner greatly facilitates the task.

“Uroboros” became the third virus created on the basis of the “ancestor”. Albert Wesker, a former Umbrella Corporation Employee, intended to bring to the end the plan of Ozvella Spencer – the same, to improve the human race. There was only one problem: Vesker wanted to bring people to a new level of development in an extremely dangerous way – spraying in the air, all the continents of the Uroboros virus should. The fact that the lion's share of the population will die, the villain worried little.

And the “new level of development” itself seemed wild to normal people: most often, Uroboros turned an unprepared person into a terrible mess of hundreds of black -like processes. Nevertheless, Wesker, without any problems, launched the production of the virus on the territory of Africa, closer to the very cave where the flowers "staircase to the sun" growing, possessing the necessary properties.

► This guy is not a zombie. This was made by the improved version of the parasite Las Plagas.

Wesker's plans were destroyed by Chris Redfield: during the events Resident Evil 5 He, along with his partner, the Sheva Alomar killed Albert, and along the way saved his old familiar Jill Valentine.

Evelina (spoilers!)

What is Evelina and where it came from, it is really not clear. https://cosmobet-casino.co.uk/ In the Resident Evil 7, the infection appears in the image of a girl of ten years old – they see her infected, whose mind belongs to Evelyn. The rest will see a weak old woman in front of them – the child’s speed in a child is much higher than that of an ordinary person.

► Evelina – a pale look of an old woman in a wheelchair on the left.

Is it possible to call Evelyn a virus, is also not known. A girl with a code name E001 is the result of work on new biological weapons, her creator is an unknown corporation (according to some reports, it may be TentSu). Apparently, Evelina is based on some mushrooms: the infected people initially see hallucinations, and then are covered with black muck, similar to mold. Grow new limbs for such monsters is a common thing.

Nevertheless, all these facts only add questions. Let's hope that at least some of them the authors will answer in the upcoming additions. Well, we will probably learn more about Evelyn in the next part of the series.

All faces are familiar!

Here you will find even more spoilers, so read at your own risk!

It's no secret that in the seventh part developers moved away from the main events of the series. Nevertheless, without ties with other games were not there. Here are the most noticeable references to the previous parts of Resident Evil.

The house of the Baker hangs a picture that depicts the Arcles Mountains-it was there that in 1998 the first incident related to T-Virus took place.

At some point, the main character Resident Evil 7 receives an Albert-01 pistol pistol. That this is a reference to Albert Wesker or a simple coincidence?

At the end of the game, the protagonist is evacuated by a character that introduced himself as a redfield. Probably, we are talking about Chris, but the hero that we know?

Even more doubts about the personality of Chris Redfield leaves a helicopter with a changed emblem of Umbrella corporation on the case.

* * *

As you can see, the main evil in Resident Evil is viruses and people who seek to use these same viruses at any opportunity. Fortunately, most often the villains themselves become victims of their ambitions and turn into monsters. And then, according to the prevailing tradition, they die from a shot from a rocket launcher.
